I couldn't believe my luck when I arrived at Posada Nacha'N - Ka'An and they let me check in early. The staff, especially Damian, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hostel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near downtown and bus stops.

The only thing that could have made my stay better was if they had offered a better variety for the morning meal.

This hostel is perfect for low-budget travelers. The staff is super friendly and helpful, recommending restaurants and giving directions. The dorm area, including showers and toilets, is clean and tidy. The location is great, with colectivo buses just around the corner, making it easy to explore the ruins and waterfalls.

We had a great experience at Posada Nacha'N - Ka'An. the location is excellent, just a 7-minute walk from the bus station and with a collectivo to the ruins right around the corner. the dorm room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and plenty of sockets for each bed. Surprisingly, the staff spoke good English and were very helpful. The ventilation in the room was good, with two fans provided. Cons: Liked everything 😊.
